Privacy is part of the control environment.
This notice explains the intended privacy approach for CEDRIQ’s public website and pilot programme. It is a pre-launch notice and must be reviewed and approved by the appointed Information Officer and legal adviser before collecting customer data or going live.
Purpose and minimum data
CEDRIQ will request only the contact, organisation and implementation information reasonably needed to respond to a pilot enquiry, configure approved access or provide contracted services. Financial source data is only to be connected after a documented customer authorisation and agreed scope.
Security and access
CEDRIQ is designed to use role-based access, segregation of duties, auditable approvals, encryption in transit and at rest, and tenant-aware data separation. These are product and deployment objectives; they are not a substitute for a completed security assessment, configured cloud environment or customer controls.
Your rights and contact
Before launch, this page will name the legal responsible party, appointed Information Officer, contact channel, retention schedule, operator arrangements and cross-border processing position. Do not submit confidential financial records through this public website.
